Mobile phones are the preferred devices in China

China has surpassed the 600 million Internet users, with mobile phones as the preferred device to access the network, said today the State Information Office Internet .

A total of 604 million Internet users in September were recorded , of which 77 %, about 464 million , are frequently connected to the Internet through their phones , he said Thursday the deputy director of the Office, Ren Xianliang .

 "Mobile phones have replaced computers as the main tool to connect to the web . China has entered the era of mobile ," said the senior official.
