MediaTek Launches First Smartphone octa-core and Qualcomm launch mocks

The war between brands not only covers the territory of consoles. Proof of this is what happened after the launch of the first smartphone to mount 8 core, the transformer core octa Th T100 and T200, the phone giant step test that holds the phone industry, but not lost to competitors, and Qualcomm has rushed to publish a video that makes fun of the call.

The first smartphone on the market to reach the 8 cores (MTK6592, Octa core Cortex-A7) and has its own name, is the transformer core octa Thl T100 or T200. A phone MediaTek brand that focuses on brutal power, no doubt. Many say that it is a marketing coup in the sense of the famous "great ride donkey or not walk" to call public attention, however, has no jurisdiction to enter the arena to give the matter into position.

So Qualcomm has spoken implying that eight-core processors today are silly. To do not hesitate to post a video that compares processor performance openly against the new rival, while not mentioned in the video, it clearly refers to MediaTek.

As you can see, Qualcomm says its 4-core processor is much more effective than 8-core competition, more optimized for tasks requiring a smartphone and with better performance, according to them better.
